Jeff, snow's a falling and should have 9 inches before all is over with. I'd rather be at the beach!

BTW, snow is on the way here. We are expecting 6 to 10 inches! How 'bout you Carol?

Julian, my grammar checker is always turned off when I'm looking at beach pictures. It is interesting to see fresh water in such close proximity to salt water. In Mexico (Riviera Maya), there were fresh water springs (called cenotes, or something like that). The water was *really* cold (50 degrees) but the air was around 100 degrees.

Hi Gene - The pool is fresh water. Apparently the locals were quarrying sandstone, when they hit an underground river. I was tempted to jump into the pool. I later found out that the Angourie ambulance service make regular trips to the pool to attend to injured people. All beautiful to look at anyway. (Jeff, bad syntax, i know).

Way cool, best of both worlds in such close proximity. Very inviting Julian.

Julian, forgot to ask. Is the "pool" salt or fresh water?

Julian, how unique and beautiful.... "Ye ole swimming hole" and the Pacific Ocean only yards apart. What memories...... enough to make a great novel.

Indescribably beautiful
