I caught two , yes two, hammerheade sharks yesterday (babies of course, one two feet and the other about 15 inches. I wonder if mother was nearby? Cheers to all you beach bashers!!! (: or is it this way :)

Julian, I had no idea you were coming to Baltimore. Did you rent a white creeper van? I bet that flight home was enjoyable. %-) The Phillies are still alive in the World Series, down 3 games to 2 against the Yankees. Game 6 is tonight. GO PHILLIES! The Sydney weather forecasts don't look very different from Pensacola right now. Chilly Philly on the other hand is dipping below freezing in the evenings. 137 days to spring and counting...

Hi Jeff and Gene. True, that girl kept running into my photos for reasons unclear. I generally like people in my beach photos, but not the same ones over and over. Gene, I just came back from Baltimore, via LA. The weather was poor, and I couldn't take any photos of Chesapeake Bay. I took a few photos in LA, of Santa Monica beach and Manhattan beach. They are waiting for approval by our illustrious postmaster. Jeff, How did the Phillies go against NY? They weren't going so well when I watched them in the departure lounge. Cheers to all, now I am back in Oz just in time for our scortching summer. I just missed a 97F day in Sydney (36C).

Julian, Would this beach , by chance, be named for Australias notoriously famous "Peter Pan", Ned Kelley? How are things in Baltimore? Cheerio

Julian, I've really enjoyed these pictures of Lord Howe Island. I see this girl put great effort to get into as many of your pictures as possible. Was the water actually cool enough to warrant her body suit, or is this just a "fashion" thing?
