That's a great little beach, but does this beach really have a name, Julian? That is not the Doyle's beach I remember. It's really an excellent photo, though. You should sell it to Sydney Tourism.

Hey Steph, Kimberly & I like the warmer weather too. we have our share of below freezing days with no snow, hey it is Colorado. Snow is pretty if you dont have to drive or work in it like we do. Really wish Kimberly & I could move to a warm beach, life would be perfect then. This beach is way beyond perfect. Only thing bad a could say is that we are not there. 143 143
Hey GeneC, Claverack is located in upstate NY about 90 minutes north of NYC. Its very rural, very pretty but too cold in the winter for my taste. Id rather go tropical but cant afford to.

Well, I think it is safe to say that this is officially my new happy place! But dont complain about snow, Kimberly and Rick. Think how much worse it would be if it is below freezing and NOT snowing, like it is in Philly! The whole PURPOSE of winter is SNOW. In my perfect world, it should either be snowing or be in the 80 to 100 degree range. =)
This is just plain CRAP!!!!! I have to wake up to blowing snow & cold and you get to wake up to this beauty.......LOL, I think I have found a warm spot in my mind for the day so thanks Julian, great picture. Thanx guys,but you know what? Its never enough. I look at all your photos at work, and now I also want to go and look at Pensacola, Aruba, Nice, and the other beaches. There must be medication to stop that urge. Alternatively, a stack of money to sponsor endless holidays.

Finally one of my beach photos appears! Paul Hogan (aka Crocodile Dundee) lived in one of those houses until recently. My house is not far away, in this sunny Sydney suburb of Vaucluse. Those dark shapes are just rocks, okay?
