Are we experiencing a long-term trend of increasing global color saturation!? Extrapolating this trend, the world will be to garish for people to bear in about 50 years. I blame ink jet printer manufacturers.

The Gulf of Mexico is like a raging bull tday and will be so through much of next week. I hope Mattchew and Jeon-o decided not to come this weekend. But then again a raging sea is a beautiful sight as well.

Julian, Trust me... Color was not this great in '56. I was there to see it and this color is awesome by comparison.

La mi casa tien problema con Picasa. You, know, I don't even remember taking this photo, let alone making the colors look like it was taken in 1956. I do remember being there though. I was at a picnic with about fifteen adults and two hundred children, when one of the mothers pulled out a bottle of Chardonnay. I think after a few drinks, my color balance got out of tune...

Julian, Looks like you landed a Great White (the one with the lady in blue in its mouth and now petrified) along with a few other types of Globsters. Cheers.
