The Good Old Days

Hi Jeff, I am sure that's the northern end of The Skillion. We went for a walk there, and the beach was made up of very large boulders.

I only wish we were gonna get 6-8 inches. They are saying 18-24 now! I guess I will just have to picture myself at the beach :)

Stay warm Carol. We are only expecting 6 to 8 inches. I'm dreaming, of a white, Christmas. (sing it with me)

This is so inviting! We are preparing for at least a foot of snow here tomorrow and would much rather be on the beach!

Julian, on Wikipedia, I see a picture of a large rock called "The Skillion". From looking at maps, it looks like the Skillion is just southeast of the big rugby oval on "The Haven". In your picture, there is a small rise in the distance (just left of center). Is that the Skillion?

Yes Jeff, "those were the days." Wee dancer has frightened wee birds of Terrigal Beach away. :) Cheers.

Julian, nice job capturing this child mid-frolic. Six stars for the memories of my daughters at this age.
