Winter's coming here. We just had to fly 1000km north to the Gold Coast to have a swim. The photos have been posted, and will eventally come up. If you can't wait, you can see the photos by clicking on JulianP. Jeff, not a word about the color, hu?

I love how many sets of waves you can see at the same time. At the Jersey shore, you rarely see more than one or two at the same time. Does anyone know if this is due to the slope of the sand under the water or the funneling effect of the points?
