How funny. My girlfriend is from Latvia, and shes currently there visiting. Very small country, low population, and generally, cold (their summer is decent).

It looks like someone cares about the environment. Recycling cement to help the shoreline stay intact. Alternative energy - wind - to help this planet by not creating heavy pollutants. Someone is making a good statement here. Look beyond the sea see what is really going on...

i like consuming energy and helping the planet so i like the windmill also know as a wind turban. but the beach looks like you could easily get killed if you the rocks
