Jeff, all digital cameras automatically tweak photographs. The only unaltered version is the RAW format, offered by high end cameras. This allows a human to fine tune the photo before some camera pre-set ruins it. So, I see myself as a Human-Nikon hybrid, a preset talking/walking fine tuning code. At first I went too far with the light and color, but now I look at the photo and try to match it up with my memory of the scene. Then I add the wow factor...
I will vouch for jeano! The brilliance of the colors on the cape can be breath-taking. The air and water are so blue, the sand so white, it's stunning.
Hi Jeff - This photo is "as is" from the camera. I would like to try Picasa, some of Julian's are outstanding with the brightness of color. This one is the natural beauty of the Cape.
Great picture! The water looks almost silky. Did Julian help you "fine tune" this picture with Picasa?
Ah !! THe beauty of life. Hues of blue interrupted by lines of sugar white sand.
