here it's snowing, and it's -10 degrees. no joke, it really is -20 degrees. i wasnt expecting it to get as cold as -30 but it really did get to -40 like i said. this -50 degree weather is record-breaking, and if you don't believe me, look it up on weather.com and it will even tell you that it's -60. i even went outside and almost froze to death in that -70 degree weather. that -80 degree weather is horrible
Jeff, thanks for the forensic work. I just downloaded Picasa, the free photoshop-wannabe program from Google. It is so tempting to alter all the pictures taken, yet one ends up with unrealistic scenery where the viewer can't tell even whether it is day , night or perhaps a beach on Mars.
...Jeff and further as JulianP might say "good on you".
No, Capt. Bosko, as you can very well see I need my night vision glasses based on my poor analysis of this photo.
Well "Mr Technicality" you are exactly right. I am surprised that either you are JulianC failed to make that observation on the the last posting of this photo. It was done on a very overcast day approaching sundown.
Very pretty, but I am not buying this whole night thing. For the moon to be that bright, it would need to be full, and since the sun sets in the west and this picture is looking west, this would need to be taken about 5 am. What kind of mom lets her kids play in the waves at 5 am? Steph, way to comment three weeks early!
Gene, I find your night vision goggles on Croatian beach. They working well for this picture. I keep little longer if is okay, no?
Steph, this is just down the road from Pensacola
Steph, this is from the moonlight hidden behind the clouds. GeneC
Pretty! I love the awesome orange tint of this pic! =)
