Gene, I am prayin every day that all goes well for Pensacola, as well as the other beach communities in the Gulf. Such a horrible thing to happen to such a beautiful region. Zwrite, I think this was taken with my (old .... now deceased) Sony Cybershot. I am now using a "cheap" Kodak EasyShare which takes amazing shots, even going down the road at 65 on the back of a Harley the shots are great!
Hi Carol, As of today our beaches continue to be prestine. I personally have not seen any tar balls or any sign of oil, however we know the inevitable is about to happen. PRAYER CHANGES EVERYTHING. :)
Interesting. I notice that your camera seems to have the same problem mine has: The dark areas around the perimeter of the lens. I get the same effect, an effect I personally don’t like. What camera and lens are you using?
Gene, how are things in beautiful Pensacola? I'm hoping the oil is staying away from those lovely pristine beaches ....
In the off season, the beach is open for four-wheeling, hence the tracks. Very few people out on the beach otherwise. This was taken in early February when the temps down there were near 70.
Different!!
